a. Subscription Fees

• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law;

• Your User Content does not contain any viruses or harmful code.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATCHDUTY AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Poland, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive any right to a trial by jury.

14. Changes to Terms
